Peaceofmindbaby.com will ship in-stock items within 72 hours of receiving payment for your order.  

It is our policy to ship your items as quickly as possible with Canada Post. If you require a package be delivered sooner, please let us know in advance and we will do what we can to ensure a fast delivery. If you have a preference for a shipping carrier, please contact us in advance to arrange this.

In line with our eco-friendly approach to business, we recycle whatever materials possible (e.g., newsprint, bubble wrap, etc.). Boxes that have been received during shipment, in good standing, will be used again. If you should choose not to adopt our peaceofmindbaby.com philosophy, please indicate so when an order is placed and we will provide a brand new box.

Orders will take 3-10 business days to arrive within Canada and 7-14 days to arrive to USA. Shipping times are an estimate only and can not be guaranteed by Peaceofmindbaby.com. Delays result directly from the postal service.  However, at your request, we will provide tracking information via email to give you the best possible estimate of delivery time. 

We are not able to ship to destinations other than the United States and Canada.  

When choosing the Pick-up option please be aware that your package must be picked up within 48 hrs of receiving notice that it is ready.  Please contact us if you are not able to pick-up your parcel as you risk the item being returned to peaceofmindbaby.com.
